Welcome to Ssz Piercing, operated by SULEYMAN SUSUZ LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using https://sszpiercing.com (the "Site") or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility — You Must Be 18 or Older

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect a violation of this requirement.

2. Geographic Availability

We ship internationally from Türkiye to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most other countries. Sales are not available to addresses in Türkiye. Orders placed for delivery within Türkiye will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Products and Use

We sell body jewelry and piercing accessories. Our products are intended to be installed and worn at the buyer's own risk. We strongly recommend:

  • Having any new piercing performed by a licensed, professional piercer in a sterile environment.
  • Following the aftercare advice of your piercer before inserting any jewelry into a healing piercing.
  • Consulting a medical professional if you experience irritation, allergic reaction, infection, or any other adverse effect.

We do not provide medical advice. Any aftercare information on our Site is for general informational purposes only.

4. Materials and Allergies

Most of our jewelry is made of G23 implant-grade Titanium or surgical-grade stainless steel unless otherwise stated on the product page. While these materials are widely considered hypoallergenic, individual allergic reactions can still occur. If you have known metal sensitivities, please review the material listed on the product page before purchasing.

5. Product Information and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and manufacturing. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for typographical errors in pricing or stock availability.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unavailability, or pricing errors. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. U.S. orders ship duty-paid (DDP): all duties and taxes on U.S. orders are covered by us, with nothing to pay at delivery. Orders outside the United States may incur import duties or taxes payable by the buyer.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Body jewelry whose sterile packaging has been opened is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

9. EU Customer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (Art. 16(e)) — including body jewelry with broken sterile packaging.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and software — is owned by SULEYMAN SUSUZ LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false or fraudulent orders.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its operation.
  • Post abusive, defamatory, or infringing content in product reviews or messages.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except those required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SULEYMAN SUSUZ LLC, its members, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SULEYMAN SUSUZ LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your use or misuse of our products.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
